Maintenance assistance on an as needed basis provides the ongoing support when you need help. Perfect if you are comfortable with most aspects of your website.

Maintenance Support at $38 per hour (minimum charge is 30 minute blocks)

In most cases this is the best maintenance option, particularly when your website has just started. At this stage you really don't know what level of help, if any, you will need. If you have opted for our D.I.Y website (be it standard or e-commerce) then you will be familiar with the operations of your site. You will have looked through the tutorials in our members area and will have a good understanding of just how easy it is to manage your website.

If a fully built website or e-commerce site was selected and you have been through the tutorials in our members area, then you also know that operating your website is not a difficult task.

With this option you don't pay for something you may not need. However if you do get stuck then all you need do is request assistance and we are there to help. You only pay for what you actually need. In most cases we have found that site owners can operate their site with virtually no need for assistance by following the tutorial instructions. Assistance has only been required when some additional functionality has been required which is generally beyond the average site owner to perform as it can involve some code modifications.

Within the first year of operation you will gain a good insight into what, if any, maintenance you may require. At that point you will know what level of assistance you need and can then select the maintenance option that best fits your requirements. Please don't forget we provide free support for the first 2 months of your websites operation.

We have always promoted the concept of the website owner being in control of their site. To make the modifications and adjustments that they want, when they need them. This maintenance option provides the safety net to allow you to operate your site, confident that if you get into any difficulty, help is available. There is no need to sign up to anything or pay in advance, just contact us if you have problems.

If you do require assistance, charges are billed in minimum 30 minute blocks. We have found that most cases, 30 minutes or less is all that is required to get website owners over almost all issues.

However if you know you will need us to monitor, make changes and or modifications to your site on a regular basis then our light or moderate plans may suite your needs.
