With this level of maintenance we look after all maintenance issues with your website. This includes updating pages and or images as required. Updating or modifying images and products for your online store. We also maintain your security firewall and perform all the necessary backups to keep your site protected.

This level of maintenance and support is directed at those business who simply do not have the time to maintain an online website. With this level of maintenance you can leave the site in our hands and we will ensure it runs correctly on your behalf.

The cost of this maintenance level is payable on 1st January each year. The cost does not include site design modifications but does include adding additional functionality if required and is capable of being implemented into your existing website structure.

Text changes to your site must be sent by email in a word document and we will format the text and make the updates. Images must be sent as email attachments and we will compress the images and upload them to the site. The same applies for product text, images and changes in price.

We also perform basic SEO updates to keywords and phrases for the search engines. Please note: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a highly specialized field and in most cases is conducted as a stand alone business. While we are familiar with general SEO principles we do not complete in-depth analysis of websites. If you require specialized SEO implementation we can recommend suitably qualified business to perform these task for you.
