Ongoing website maintenance and support to perform site updates, add pages and maintain your online store for 5 hours per month.

Moderate Level Maintenance up to 5 Hours per month. $380 per year

If you want us to perform some of the tricky stuff that you don't feel comfortable doing then this level of maintenance and support should be sufficient for most website needs. Where you or your staff have difficulties we can perform those tasks for you. We will also provide a walk through the procedure over the phone while you perform the task if required. Once comfortable with all the website maintenance you would be able to drop the maintenance level and save the cost.

In addition we would take care of the security firewall maintenance for your website and train you or your staff on maintaining the firewall by walking them through the maintenance procedure over the phone as they do it. They would not take long to become comfortable with the firewall and be able to perform the routine maintenance of the site.

The Moderate Maintenance cost is payable by 1st January each year. Time is used in 15 minute blocks and if total allotted time is used in the month additional time is charges at $38 per hour with a minimum charge of 30 minutes.

This maintenance plan is ideal for those who know they will have some difficulty operating their site and require one on one phone support to bring their confidence and knowledge level up to a point where no maintenance plan is required. It has always been our view that you, as the website owner should be comfortable maintaining your website. This maintenance plan is designed to assist you to achieve that level of confidence.
